Bulk Export

Bulk export is designed to simplify the export of data from multiple projects, with optional report generation capabilities.

The bulk export dialog is essentially the same as the standard export dialog, with a restriction on the file mode, the ability to load/save selections and generate PDF reports:

img_1 Select filter items in the grid:

img_2 Select the List tab and click the Grid-To-List button:

img_3 Select all (CTRL+A) data and copy (CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) data into a text editor.

img_1 Copy (CTRL+C) data and paste (CTRL+V) into the text editor:

img_2 Click the List-To-Grid button and change to the Data tab:

img_1 Select a folder and filter items:

img_2 Click the PDF button:

img_3 Select the Template, choose an Override Reference option and select the Image DPI required, then click the Export button:

Override Reference
- if checked, the Template is used for all records.
- if unchecked, the Template is only used for points without a template selected in the Point table.
