Open in TrueView

Typically some adjustments are required to view data in the file in the same way that it was shown.

The steps below show the changes required to correct the default render modes in AutoDesk TrueView.

img_1 Open the file in AutoDesk TrueView and use the Continue opening DWG file option:

img_2 By default the drawing model will open in 2D Wireframe mode so the view looks incomplete for some objects.

img_3 Change this setting to Realistic provides a complete view of the model:

img_4 Drawing sheets will require similar changes for viewports (views from the sheet into the model).  Double-click on the viewport to access its default mode of Hidden:

img_5 Change this to Realistic mode, then double-click outside the viewport to exit the edit mode:
