Export Automation

Tonkin & Taylor Ltd required a system that would automate the upload of data to the NZ Geotechnical Database once data was complete and released for upload in their system.

Geroc worked with Tonkin & Taylor Ltd to develop the initial AUTO Add-in system.  The system automatically generates a PDF report of an investigation, saves this PDF into the database (FILESTREAM technology) before exporting an AGS4 data file with fileset references in a zip format ready for upload.

This process runs once daily to automatically upload data with minimal manual input requirements.
