Two Report Modes are provided through the Data Module; Table Report and Record Report.
Table Report mode uses the selected records in the Record Navigator to define the data to use, and the active template defined in the Template Selector. When the Preview button is clicked, a single report is generate.
Likewise, the Record Report mode uses the selected records in the Record Navigator to define the data to use, but templates associated to each of the selected records are used instead. When the Preview button is clicked, a report is generate for each record and append to create a combined report. If only one item is selected, a single report is generated.
Select the Table Report mode in the Report Mode control on the ribbon: Select a template in the Template Selector (below the Report Mode control): Select one or more items in the Record Navigator: Click the Preview button (F5 key), or double-click within the selected items in the Record Navigator: |
Select the Record Report mode in the Report Mode control on the ribbon: Check that the Report and Sort columns are set correctly: Select one or more items in the Record Navigator: Click the Preview (F5 key) button, or double-click within the selected items in the Record Navigator:

Once a report is rendered in the viewer, this can be printed or exported.
Click the Print button (CTRL+P) on the ribbon: Check the Print Settings, before clicking the Print button: |
Check the DPI on the ribbon is appropriate to produce the require image quality: Click the PDF button (CTRL+SHIFT+P) on the ribbon: Select a folder and file name, then click the Save button: |
