The Settings are located in the Database group on the Home page:
Clicking the Settings button will open the full control, providing options to change settings relating to database entities and auto-generated surfaces:
•General Settings - define how database entities are created and presented.
•Surface Settings - define how auto-generated surfaces are created and presented.
