Yes, all license types can be used off-line.

All licenses must connect to our license server within 30 days to extend offline use.

Floating licenses must be checked out before disconnecting from the internet.

Yes, short-term licenses can be added to your existing license pool. The maximum number of additional licenses permitted is limited to 20% of your total annual licenses held of the same version and type.

For example, if you have 5 x CORE-GS Standard (machine license), you have the option to add one additional short-term license (i.e. 1 x CORE-GS Standard (machine license)).

Yes

Floating licenses can be released by the customer from the machine that has the license checked out.

Machine licenses can only be released by Geroc, as these are not intended to be changed to other computers. We will note the frequency of release requests, and reserve the right to deny release if this occurs frequently.

Yes, in some cases we allow annual (12-month) subscription payments via prepaid installments.

No. Licenses are held by the company that paid the invoice and can be used within that organisation by employees or individuals contracting services to the company.

Yes, access can be restricted by adding a domain to the license pool, restricting access to only computers on the named domain.
