 Click the New button:
 Enter a value, then click OK:

Changing lookup values may adversely affect other parts of the system that are expecting a specific code, such as triggers and processes, import / export, report and model filters.

Update will fail when:
•the value is referenced, and the update rule is not set to cascade •the new value already exists |
