Using copy down

The Copy Down tool to can be used as a shortcut to entering duplicate data.

Data_Interface_Ribbon_Button_Point_CopyDown

Data from the selected cell is copied down into blank cells.  If a change occurs, the new value is used.

img_2 Click the Copy Down button on the ribbon or contextual menu.
