The Data Module user interface consists of four key parts:
Ribbon – provides tools to work with reports and data.
Table Navigators – provide a list of available tables, with the selected table shown in the data grid:
ð Workflow Toolbar – shows a defined list of tables, either generated from the active template or user defined.
ð Table Tree – shows a complete list of tables in a hierarchical tree.
Record Navigator / Filter – shows all records from the navigator table, with the focused row filtering data shown in the data grid.
Data Grid – data shown in the data grid is based on the selected table and focused navigator row. Right-clicking the data grid, with the active editor closed, shows the contextual menus, providing access to many of the tools shown on the ribbon.
Users should customize the layout to work best for them, streamlining product learning and use.
