Two controls can be used to navigate tables; the Workflow Toolbar and Table Tree.
The Workflow Toolbar provides the ability to select the active workflow, design workflows and select table links (report template or user defined tables):
Table links can be displayed as: •Multi-Line (default) - when the width of table links exceed the width available, additional lines are added: •Single-Line - when the width of table links exceed the width available, additional links are added to a drop-down list (right-hand end): The mode can be changed in the Workflow Designer by changing the Multi-Line Mode option: |
When the Data Module is first started, the Table Tree is collapsed to the Startup table, and only includes tables that are marked as visible. Hovering over a table will show information about it: The status of tables is indicated by the font and color: •Dark, normal font ð visible & editable •Light, normal font ð visible & non-editable •Dark italic font ð hidden & editable •Light italic font ð hidden & non-editable
NavigationMoving up or down the table list can be achieved by pressing the Up Arrow or Down Arrow keys. Tables with an indicator showing can be expanded / collapsed to show / hide child tables in various ways: •Clicking the expand / collapse button: •Double-click the table: •Pressing CTRL + Right Arrow to expand, and CTRL + Left Arrow to collapse.
Tools & OptionsTools and options to work with the Table Tree can be accessed through the ribbon or contextual menu (right-click):
