Plan area

The Plan Area renders a top view of the current model viewport (2D or 3D).  The model is rotated to best fit the alignment into the view and the resulting plan is centered on the mid-point of the area:

The width and height properties define the maximum width and maximum height that can be rendered in drawings.

hs-tip

If insufficient space exists to show the desired detail consider:

Increase the of the horizontal scale.

Increasing the Plan Area height.

Using the angular variance setting on multiple segment alignments to force Page Breaks.

Using a template that uses a larger page size.
